Hi I have a Samsung A20 but I have no idea how to remove the Sim card.
I have had mobiles for quite a few years so I'm not new to them but, clearly, I don't change sims often
There is no slot at the top nor either side.
There are slots for  both earpiece and charger but I'm not clear what the smalj hole is and the 5-hole socket to its right, see photo.

The Manual does not make sense. All shops are closed, due to pandemic.
How do I change the SIM?

Take the case off and I have the same phone the Sim card is on the left use that pin that came with the phone to take it out I've looked on mine and the left you'll see a little hole and it tells you its there

There is no hole on the left, nor the right, nor the top

The only holes are on the bottom, as in the photo above.

you need to take the case off your phone and look on the left side and there should be a hole which you push the pin in to make it come out.
