Hi I have a Samsung A20 but I have no idea how to remove the Sim card.
I have had mobiles for quite a few years so I'm not new to them but, clearly, I don't change sims often
There is no slot at the top nor either side.
There are slots for  both earpiece and charger but I'm not clear what the smalj hole is and the 5-hole socket to its right, see photo.

The Manual does not make sense. All shops are closed, due to pandemic.
How do I change the SIM?

that is your speaker then microphone and next to it is your type c port where you charge your phone and your headphones 🎧 jack I have the same but the little hole on its own is your microphone where is mine is at the top of my Samsung S10

should be on the left side the SIM tray and micro just watch the video myself

There is no slot at all on the left, as stated in first post.

is there any other holes anywhere else on your Samsung a20 apart from that one at the bottom

the reason I ask I've just watched another video and apparently it's at the same place left side of your mobile phone where you can put SD card or SIM card together strange that you haven't got it on your left side of your mobile

Have you got two little holes at the very top of your phone the left side is where my tray is

There are no holes on the left, on the right or on the top.
