After recent software updates, the buttons of my Samsung jack earphones are no longer working.
I tried multiple earphones and have the same result. (they were working and are currently working on other devices)
Samsung support had no solution for me, and i saw during the past that some people had the same problem after a software update.
Does anyone have a solution ?
My Samsung reference: SM-A528B/DS

I did come across a troubleshooting step which was to play the music and eject the earphones while it was playing, and push them back in again.
Do this a few times.
Also check the jack with a torch 🔦 to check for debris.
