Hello @Suciu R and may I extend a Warm Welcome to the Samsung Community Forum 👋

I'm sorry to hear your experiencing these issues with your phone.

If you perform a forum search you may find existing threads with some further help or guidence within.

If your Samsung phone in the UK is stuck in a boot loop, you can try performing a forced restart by simultaneously pressing and holding the Power button and Volume Down button for about 10 seconds until the phone vibrates and restarts; this is often the first step to troubleshoot a boot loop issue on a Samsung device.

Key points to remember:
  • Force restart:
This is the initial attempt to fix a boot loop, and usually involves holding the Power and Volume Down buttons together.

  • Check for updates:
Once your phone restarts, ensure you have the latest software updates installed.

  • Safe Mode:
If the boot loop persists, try booting into Safe Mode to identify if a third-party app is causing the problem.

  • Factory Reset (Recovery Mode):
If Safe Mode doesn't solve the issue, you may need to perform a factory reset by accessing Recovery Mode.

How to access Recovery Mode:
  • Turn off your phone.
  • Press and hold the Power button, Volume Up button, and Bixby button (if applicable) simultaneously until the Samsung logo appears.
  • Release the Power button while continuing to hold the other buttons.

Important considerations:
  • Data backup:
Before performing a factory reset, ensure you have backed up important data as it will be erased.

  • Contact Samsung Support:
If the issue persists after trying basic troubleshooting steps, reach out to Samsung customer support for further assistance.
