Samsung messages

Hi I have a Samsung A20e and my bf has the S10 and for some reason we can't get each others messsages when we use the Samsung Messages app please can someone explain to me why thanks

Hi @Cobby110Em11. Are both phones up to date? Which Android version are you both running? You can check this in Settings > About phone > Software information.

turn off rich communications and then it should work it's been a wide spread issue which has effected me and my partner also

just got to settings connections, more connection setting and it should be on that menu at the top
