Samsung Galaxy A51 unresponsive screen problem

My samsung galaxy a51 keep being unresponsive for around five minutes and it happens almost everyday, i experienced it at least once a day, is it the hardware issue or firmware? i never dropped my phone into the water or everywhere

Do you have a screen protector fitted @huskope  ?

Is everything updated on your phone i.e software and apps ?

Try putting the phone in Safe Mode which disables downloaded apps and leaves the stock ones working and see what happens.

If it stops then one or more of your apps are causing this.

If it continues then seek support from a Samsung Experience Store or Samsung Service Centre.

i only use the stock screen protector that was already fitted to the phone since the first time i bought it, i i bobout it in indonesia, i have the video of the problem but how could i post the video here?
