4G/3G is not working

Hi! My phone worked fine until few days back. Then it suddenly stop registering on network. When I select LTE/3G/2G (auto connect) or 3G/2G (auto connect) or 3G only as network mode, an error message comes saying "not registered on network". Phone works only with 2G.  This issue persists even I used an another sim on my phone. How to solve this issue? Restarting phone or reinsertion of sim didnt work.

Are you able to attain 3G or 4G if you insert your sim card in another phone @Radr 

 

You could try a factory reset after backing up and removing any relevant Sd card but I'm not convinced that may yield the results you need.

 

If all the settings look OK in the phone and there's no reported issues with the network masts your latching to at home or everywhere you go then a Samsung Experience Store or Samsung Service Centre can run a diagnostic.
