Problem; My Samsung Galaxy A55 isn't scanning QR codes.

When scanning qr code, the Samsung camera on the phone is blurry. That's the problem.  Same problem whether it's public apps or browsers. It worked fine for 6 months but suddenly the camera image is blurry when the phone is ready for QR scanning. This cause my phone to be rejected.

(camera lens is clean, activated the QR code scanning feature in the camera app settings, new software update ok)

Is this using the QR-Code button from the quick settings or is it directly from the camera?

It's from public website giving QR from browser. It's from bottle deposit station machine display app, asking me to verify with mobile. It doesn't matter.

Sales office in Denmark cannot solve the problem, and those guys are the best! They offer a new phone back according to purchase conditions in Denmark.

Been a happy Samsung fan for 12 years. Considering iPhone for the first time in my life.
