Hi Team,

After the latest update, my phone started giving the notification of overheating and turned off. But there was no perceptible warming of my phone. After about 3 hours, my phone was on, I did a factory reset, reinstalled and updated everything. Not many applications are installed on my phone, but I am constantly faced with the notification that the phone is too hot. and again, there is no sensible heat. And my phone became unusable. I've been using my phone for more than 2 years, it's the first time I've encountered something like this.
Please help to resolve this.

@serdar353: I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing this issue. If you have installed any third party apps since performing the factory reset then please start by uninstalling these apps, just to ensure that the issue isn't stemming from an external source. If the problem persists then I recommend reaching out to our Help desk via the link below, and an advisor will be able to arrange for the phone to be inspected and repaired via our warranty service.
