Can you elaborate more on what's specific issue you are having with your A32?

If you asking if android 14 is available then no, latest update was android 13. A33 and above got android 14. But not A32.

A32 not A34. The A32 didn't get the Android 14 update, but it's still eligible for security updates.

As mentioned the A32 is no longer elegible for os updates, it currently receives quarterly security updates.   https://security.samsungmobile.com/workScope.smsb  I think this is the question you are asking but if any other issue please clarify.
