Trying to update my Samsung A32 android phone but this message keeps appearing. Can anyone help? Thank you.

Are you based in the UK and did you buy your device from a UK based seller (not amazon or ebay)?

First thoughts here are that you're using a device out of region

I am based in Scotland and bought it through Virgin Media.

@Stepg: If you are outside the region where the phone was intended to be used, then this can create compatibility issues with OTA (over the air) software updates. If you do have access to a home computer, then please try using Smart Switch, as per the on-screen notification, to see if you have any more success. 

To begin with, please follow the link below, and click on 'How Do I Get Smart Switch On My PC or Mac' to download the relevant version

Once installed, open Smart Switch, connect your A32 using the USB cable that came packaged with the device, and look for an update prompt on the landing page, next to your device details.
