I assume you've not tried rooting the phone or used a Custom Rom ?
Can you get it into Safe Mode ?
Safe Mode disables your downloaded app's but let's your stock app's keep working. If the issues stop then this highlights a downloaded app as the possible issue. Come out of Safe Mode and start deleting your most recent downloaded app's one at a time until it stops.
Or can you get it to Factory reset although this can delete your stored information as this takes the phone back to the last successful software update.
Another option is a hard reset via the buttons.

A Samsung Experience Store or Samsung Service Centre can take a look.

Safe Mode certainly comes to the rescue in lots of cases @calebw and I'm glad it has for you

Once you've found out which app or apps is causing this then you could let the developer of the app know and let Samsung know direct via your Samsung Members App.
