Hi since getting my A53 back from repair my samsung health app us not recording anything automatically, it used to record my daily steps and sleep like it did before. Auto detect is on. How do I sort this please

@gailio: Please try heading to Settings > Apps > Samsung Health > Permissions, and make sure that all relevant permissions are 'Allowed', specifically 'Physical activity'. Now, tap the Back button > Battery > Select 'Unrestricted' > Back > Mobile data > Allow background data usage > On.

I have done all of this,but mobile data although it is showingbinthe settings and is set for background data (green dot) it is faded out and not able to change it. Still not working. I tend to gave as few permissions allowed for apps as possible, are there any other permissions in the health app that must be selcted, I only have location and physical activity.

I have finally found the issue,it was paused because I had not given nit access to clock and messages
