Rockpods problem

Just changed my phone from an Xperia to an A10.

My A10 plays perfectly through all my Bluetooth audio devices, except for the Rokpods which stutters and crackles like nobody's business! 

The Xperia plays though the Rokpods with no problem.

I've submitted a question to Boompods, the manufacturer, but I'm not expecting an answer any time soon🙄

So, does anyone have any ideas?

same problem here with A50, previoussmartphone galaxy s6 was working great

As the release notes of Samsung phone firmware often mentions stability and performance improvements, if you both haven't already done so I'd probably start by checking for and applying these updates if you haven't already as these often include updates to the baseband code which controls the Bluetooth, Wi-Fi and mobile radios in your device too.

Heard back from Boompods and it's apparently a problem with their chip and the new version of Bluetooth! 

The message appears to be, if it's out of warranty then tough luck! 

I won't be buying anything else from them.
