Hi all,

I have an A73 5G.

Can someone please tell me how do I extend the time the phone rings before going to voicemail?

Regards,

Hi Aaron. Do you hit the ring button after that?

I have a Samsung A13 and it doesn't seem to work for me.

I have the same problem. Did you find a solution?

Worked it out. Call settings, supplementary services, call forwarding, change the number it goes to back to voicemail service as the above code had changed it to something different to my provider in this country.

This is how I got voicemail back. Go to Call settings, supplementary services, call forwarding. The text code to change the number of rings has probably changed what happens if a call is unanswered. Change the call forward number to your providers voicemail service number. For me, I copied what was under call forward if busy. And that fixed it.

I have an A72, has the code (**61*321**30#) changed to extend the time to call time before going to voicemail. It is currently set to 15 secs but will not change on entering the above code. Is there an alternative settings method?
