Ring time

Hi all,

Just received a Samsung A15 as a work phone, but am constantly missing calls due to the ring duration. The phone will only ring for 12 seconds and then switches to my voicemail.

I have tried a couple of codes from videos off YouTube but none of them extends the ring time, can anyone help me on this matter please?

Speak to your network provider if nothing is working that you tried, they can change the settings at their end.

Hiya if you ring your network they can. Let you increase the ring tune to 30ec's. I think this is the max. Depends on your network. Good luck

Hi there 👋 you can type in dial Type 61321* and enter second you want. If not working you could try
61321*30 (30 at the end the duration) also you can try
611211025#* Open the Phone app > Keypad > Type **61*321**00# on your keypad. This code will allow you to set how long your phone rings before it goes to your voicemail > Replace 00 in the code with the number of seconds you want your phone to ring.

Then you should call your network provider as they can set time limit on this hope it helps
