How do I adjust my mail reader through the samsung email app?

Frankly I never used Samsung email app although I do use Samsung calendar app.

Have you tried Microsoft Outlook app for emails? It's one the best in the playstore if not THE best

I use the Samsung email app but haven't come across this situation personally. 

If you perform a forum search you may find existing threads with some further help or guidence within.
