Ads won't load in Galaxy Store (Instant Plays)

Hi. I hope this is the right place to post this kind of question. 

So, as stated in the title, when playing Instant Plays in the store, ads won't load. And while that may be convenient as ads are usually annoying, you also can't receive any ingame rewards. This slows progress in some games and stops you from playing at some point in other games. 

Is there any way to mitigate that issue? Maybe I set a setting wrong somewhere? It's not the internet connection, I have checked and ads load in other apps just fine. 

I have a Galaxy A6+, SM-A605FN, Android 10, One UI 2.0.

I'd appreciate it if you could help me and also feel free to ask me for any more information that might be helpful in investigating this issue.

I would certainly suggest to check all relevant permissions in the phone's setting and in the Internet App your using.

If you perform a forum search you may find existing threads with some further help or guidence within.  

You can also send feedback directly to Samsung via your Samsung Members App.
