I have no network signal on my a53 since last week. I cannot make or recieve calls or use mobile data. I got a replacement sim from my network provider and nothing changed. Sim works perfectly in other phones. My husband has the same phone on the same network with no issues whatsoever. The only difference is he didn't install the update. I have tried all the resets etc.
Has anyone had the same issue and found a solution?

I would suggest to send this as feedback via your Samsung Members App to Samsung directly.
A Samsung Service Centre / Samsung Experience Store can assess your phone.
