Is there a problem extending the ringtime for voicemail on A series?

I am aware of various posts on ring time issues. We have three phones, A52, A55 and A90 and used two providers, Lebara and TalkMobile and have not been able to change the ring time settings on any of them. Both Network Help/Chat lines give the same response saying use **61*121*11*XX# sometimes they suggest **61*121*10*XX#.  I get Call fowarding , when no reply, Registration was successful on both versions which seems odd.

Using  *#61#after this always shows Call forwarding , when no reply,  then 15 seconds for Voice, Data, FAX, plus various other bits of info. I've tried swapping SIMs, complete switch off after sending the MMI codes. One phone, A55, only rings for about 5 seconds before going to voicemail.

Whilst the Help lines / Chat bots  of Lebara and Talkmobile have done their best. Nothing works.

The common denominators is this are Samsung Series and both providers run as VMNOs on Vodafone UK.

Does anyone have any ideas?

Having been with Vodafone before, I've never got it beyond 7 rings regardless of what they've said to do.

Same with Talk Mobile (owned by Vodafone).

So it could be a network issue.

Hi @Members_Rxue9se

This is a sim card driven function and not the phone unfortunately.

Try your sim card in another phone and then see if the ringtone can be extended as a process of elimination.

If i can be of any further help please don't hesitate to ask  😎

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.

Thank you for the suggestion.  I will experiment.

I was just wonder if it is a coding issue on the SIM?

Is there a version number for a SIM similar to the version number of Apps you load on the phone?
