It could be your sim card or network signal connection and not the phone.
You could ask sky to perform a sim swap to replace the sim card, and or try your sim card in another phone, and another sim card in your phone and then see what happens.
Your phone has a diagnostic tool found in your Samsung Members App.
You can also reset the network settings via Settings > General Management > Reset > Reset Network Settings > Soft reboot by turning the phone off and on > Try another call.
A Samsung Service Centre can assess your phone.
