Resetting to factory condition

I have an A51 smartphone and when I reset it back to factory condition, It asks me to verify a pin which they send to my old moblie phone number, I wish to get rid of my old phone as I no longer use it, How then do I get that verification pin if I no longer have the old phone.

You substitute the old device with another contact method so 2 factor authorisation continues to work properly.

use the above link, identify your device, and delete the profile. every time you do a reset of your phone, this is where it associates your account with devices that you own.
