Please could someone tell me how I set up RCS messaging on an A51? Any online video tells me to click on settings in Samsung msgs, then choose, chat settings option, set the toggle......chat setting option is not displayed.

Try settings, connections, more connection settings and in this menu enable Rich Communications then repeat what you tried in the messages app.
