Trying to activate RCS on A13. Contacted AT&T and tech tried different settings. However, I believe he may have given up. Claiming RCS is not available on this phone.
Using Google Messaging RCS Chats aren't available on this device.
All software has been updated.

All appreciate the recommendations. However, the following morning after being told by a major service provide, I ha was not possible on this phone, RCS started working. Since there were changes made to my account at their level not real suinto re if there was a single solution. I have learned a lot along the path once I went deep into the settings. Thanks again.

The feature maybe region dependent so therefore maybe beneficial to also submit a post in your own Samsung Community Forum regions boards.
Samsung messaging options are pre downloaded into the phone so if it isn't there then it's likely not to be an option.
You can check via Settings > Apps > Scroll down to Messages > The rcs option is a blue icon on a white background.
There might be an alternative messaging option via an app in the Playstore.
If you haven't already try a Google Search.

It would appear RCS is available on the A13 4G. This shows how to set it up on on your carriers website. The settings shown are for Google messages.

But no mention of RCS on your A13 5G for some reason.
