I went to several service centers, but none were willing to replace it and kept insisting that it was normal and there was nothing wrong. It’s really frustrating and disappointing, especially from a reputable company like Samsung.

They said they’ll only replace it if there’s a problem, but according to them, everything’s fine. I’m so fed up with their nonsense, which is why I’m trying to escalate this.
