Do anyone knows if the a12 have a QR scanner built in ?

Yes. If you launch the camera and point it at a QR code it will scan it (no need to take a picture)

It don't work, there is no option for it on the camera setting neither from the quick setting

Odd. Usually you open the Samsung camera app. Point at the qr code making sure it's clear and a relevant qr code. And a bar pops up with a link.

@kingtom: If the 'Scan QR Code' option is not available in Camera settings then try taking a photo of the QR code then head to your Gallery app, select the image of the code, tap the Bixby Vision icon (it looks like an eye), then select 'Lens' to allow Bixby to read the code a redirect you to the URL. You can also access Bixby Vision via the Camera app > Scroll to 'More' > Bixby Vision. Simply enable all pop up permissions, then select the QR code symbol at the bottom of the screen.
