eSIM just loading after clicking "Add eSIM" and won't go further

I have 12 hrs before I'm on the plane to the States. I've been trying to add a Holafly eSIM to my device so that I can actually use the device in the US.

Every time I click "Add eSIM" it shows a loading icon and then nothing. I've tried the QR code too, and same thing

On the advice of Samsung Support, I factory reset the phone after trying all the other troubleshooting steps, and stil the same story.

Cleared Cache, factory reset and all other troubleshooting
Clicking 'Add eSIM' just loads for a few seconds and then nothing.

I need a solution (and fast 😅)

Where did you get the phone? Esim should have worked if device supports it

@Ntl just checking if you reset Network connections or/and Rebooting Router. Sometimes that can sort the issue. Certainly should work on compatible Devices, have you contacted the provider?
