Qr codes not working?

Everytime I try and scan a qr code it doesn't Scan and redirect to the websites. However instead it just scans it into a document.

Has anyone else go this problem?

Glad to see you fixed the issue, @heydanza! For the benefit of any Community users who might be experiencing a similar issue, would you be happy to share which steps you followed to scan the QR Code so that it redirected you properly?
