provider installed and updated

"provider installed and updated" it always shows  this message whenever i closed any app 

i dont know what it means , but it has recently shown 

if someone have the same problem please i need solution

I can suggest you:
From the Home screen, navigate: Settings > Backup and reset. ...
Tap. Reset network settings. .
Tap. Reset Settings

hi , good evining, my friend i tried this way , but i still getting this message , whenever i close any app it shows that , its very annoying 😞
