At the bottom of the page
And click to run a diagnostic test

However the phone now has no charge so I can't even turn it on

@ozzyboy: Do you have access to another charger that you can try to see if you're able to establish a charge? If not, try connecting your A51 to a home computer using the USB cable, just in case the problem is stemming from the plug adapter.
