@WBENSTOCK: Try heading to Settings > Apps > Camera > Force Stop > Storage > Clear Cache > Clear Data. If the issue persists, head to the Samsung Members app > Get Help > Diagnostics > Camera, and follow the on screen instructions. Does this flag any issues?

Yes same problem here. After you take a picture it doesn't "reset" (it still shows the picture you took). If you exit the app and reopen it then it works ok but it is really annoying! Samsung fix this.
