Anyone else had their phone not fast charging for more than a few mins / not charging AT ALL since the last update?

Used different sockets, plugs and wires.

Can you check inside the charging port of the phone using a torch for any debris that may have worked it's way in there @alishaxrhmn 

A Samsung Experience Store or Samsung Service Centre can help.

Ok then I'd suggest a factory reset and if that does not rectify this then seek support from a Samsung Experience Store or Samsung Service Centre @alishaxrhmn

@alishaxrhmn @Fourteen: Are you using the original charging cable and plug that came packaged with the device? If you head to Settings > Battery and device care > Battery > More battery settings, is Fast charging toggled on? If so, and if the issue persists, head to the Samsung Members app > Get Help > Diagnostics > Cable charging, and follow the on screen instructions. Does this test flag any issues?

Just found out it's due to the update. My dad updated his One+8pro and had charging issues too, but not as bad as mine where sometimes it wouldn't charge at all. A couple days later there was a new update to fix battery charging issues and some other camera-related issues. I haven't checked for a new update yet but hopefully when I get the update this will be fixed.

Factory reset made no difference. Reported to Samsung they will get back n let me know
