Demand an Update of One UI 7 on Galaxy A04

Can someone explain to me why the Galaxy A04 won't get the one ui 7 update yet it's a newer phone with a good number of users,, or what do they consider on phones that will get the updates as for the A04 is a good phone and would be better if it got the One UI 7 update.

It's probably down to hardware limitations.
It will probably get a version of it at some point, but a more basic version
Have to wait and see.
But the software is still great on the phone at the moment.
I have an A05s to test, and I find it quite good

It's not because of hardware limitations. It's because it's already received the 2 OS updates it was promised. It was released with Android 12 and the Android 14 update was it's last. If the OP wants One UI 7 they'll have to get a new phone.

Since when does Samsung has limitations to update its phones, lk I think these newer phones should get updates compared to their capabilities and if it's about how many android version should a phone have at least they be 3 or more according to the models.

As for the Galaxy A04, A04e, A04s and A05, A05s they are just alike the difference is in their specs and I think they should get an update to Android 15 just like the Galaxy A06 models.

Always. The A04 isn't a newer phone, it was released in 2022. A05 and A06 are newer phones, that's why they're getting the update.

A04 won't be getting the update, no matter how much you desire it.

If you can afford it, buy the A06. That will get 6 OS updates.

This is why I get disappointed with Samsung sometimes, the phones have a 1yr difference in their release. Imagine buying a new phone fore the sake of getting a disered android update, not because your phone is damaged or malfunction?!it's not fair at a point. 2 android update for a phone released in 2022 isn't pleasing guys adding the fact that we have been waiting for the UI 7 makes it worse. 

I've been eagerly waiting for it only to realise that my phone isn't in the list of those getting the UI 7 update.
