Phone diagnostic & check.

What happened to phone check and why has it vanished used that alot now all got is diagnostic thing since last updated samsung members app.

Tried asking samsung in ask a question and they told me basics not ask them and to ask hear instead.

we have checked this and the Interactive checks are available from the Samsung Members app> Get help> Interactive checks.

Since did update for mine all got is diagnostic got no interactive checks.

How strange, what happens if you tap Start?

Just runs a test on free built in programs like flashlight WiFi extra then only does some if allow access to your location.

Can I ask where are you based and what phone and software are you using as these are available for me from the Get help screen on the S20+ in the UK:

Automatic checks what I want back. (I miss it already.)
Using a21s phone in UK. And just updated the app in samsung galaxy store today about 1hr ago until then mine also looked like yours does.

I have only diagnostics tools... no interactive checks. I am on a Note 10 plus 5G UK model.
