my Samsung A05s is not letting me change my notification tone for apps why is this happning?

like I can not change my notification sounds for apps

Go into Settings > Notifications >  Advanced Settings > Toggle On Manage Notification Catagories for each app > Now go back onto the app you want to choose a sound for.
