Paste clipboard data to keypad during call (UK)

I have an A55 5G on UI 6.1 and live in UK. I want to paste in a 16 digit number during a call to check gift card balance so I do NOT have to type it in. The default dialer keypad when calling from Contacts does not seem to allow pasting in data during a call once connected? Please advise. Thanks

@Straightbatter: Are you able to clarify what type of gift card you are referring to? If you manually enter the gift card number into the phone's Keypad, how is the balance usually displayed?

Not displayed...voice. Bot tells you balance!

PS is adding commas after tel number an option? For example enter following number string in format: tel number,,menu option,menu option,menu option,gift card number

For example dial: 080012324567,2,2,2,1,1234123412341234

@Straightbatter: If you are using a switchboard while on a call, and dialing numbers to select an option, then please note that will not be necessary to enter a comma in order to separate the entries. 

Regarding the ability to paste numbers into the Keypad while a call is active, I have gone ahead and passed your query to our Product Specialists, and will keep you updated with any feedback that they provide.
