Samsunga355g how on earth do you access the phone keypad?

To access the phone keypad, open the phone app

It does not work on the a355g

Clear cache in the app

It does not work still no access to keypad

Try Google Phone App and see if that works (assume you're currently using green Samsung phone app)

When you go into your apps and tap on the phone app it will show a few options with one being the Keypad located at the bottom. 

i.e
