Not able to use wired headphones 🎧

So bought an A54 5g went to plug in headphones and the message not recognised came up! Now foundout this phone will not take hires phones sorry but WTF. What happens if you have to use full flight mode Samsung pull your finger out se we can plug in , who ever thought of this trick needs plugging in too.

I'm sorry to hear that you feel let down. May I ask what USB-C to 3.5mm headphone jack are you using? Have you tried yo plug a different headset to see if the same message displays?

Hi @oldguydy  you can use an adaptor for wired Headphones,see some information here https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-to-connect-headphones-to-a-galaxy-device 

on another point users can actually use Bluetooth and Airplane mode at the same time, need to manually turn it on when Flight Mode enabled.   Airlines may have slightly different regulations though,usually not allowed on take off and landing.

I have been told by samsung help line that a54 dosent accept wied headphones also airplanes are not the only places that you need to use airplane mode and some dont alow bt either.

Yes Flight Mode has uses other than on planes but just thought I would mention that.
