No FM radio on A23 5G

My A23 5G doesn't have an FM radio function despite it being listed on GSMArena.  This was one reason I bought this phone.

Is an FM chip built into the phone but disabled or is there no chip?

I don't want to use an Internet radio app.

@SAVVYSCLUTTER: If you swipe up from your Home screen and check the Apps Drawer, can you see a Radio app here? If so, please refer to the link below for steps on how to utilise the app. Please note that you will need to connect a pair of wired headphones to the 3.5mm headphone jack to act as an aerial.

Same here. Before I bought the A23 for my wife I contacted Samsung Technical support who told me it had a radio like her old A20. A bit disappointing to find that wasn't true but not the end of the world as she mainly listens to BBC which she can get via BBC Sounds.

I've found that FM radio can't be added using an app. The phone needs to have an FM chip inside.
