I used my A20e to call my bank. While entering my card number during the call I hit a wrong key but I could not find a way to delete the unwanted character & had to end the call and start again.

@Marmop: I had a look into this for you, and there doesn't appear to be an option to delete characters via the dial pad while on a call . In these instances, when using an automated service, if you make a mistake then you can usually wait a moment, and the service will recognise the error and ask you for the details again. I understand that this isn't ideal, and apologise for any inconvenience this has caused you.
