Constant emails regarding deletions of cloud

Is anyone else getting constant emails about deletions of their cloud account if its not being used. But you know you are using the Samsung cloud account?

It's not just about the Cloud account it's about your full Samsung Account to have which includes all your devices you have in use, smartphones, watches, laptops, Samsung rings etc everything in connection to do with Samsung.

How do you stop them deleting everything even when you ar using the account? Don't understand it i update everything to the cloud

They don't supply any form of contact details to get in touch with them ? It's like they have full rights to destroy your personal information, etc, knowing you are using their services and bought one of their rubbish phones that some how goes faulty after year and half knowing you look after your phone really well

Its just a notice to mentiom changes being if you dont use your account itll be deleted after 2 years. Everyone will get this email

Creating a Samsung accountLogging in to Samsung services/products using a Samsung accountUsing a service/product while logged in with a Samsung account

To prevent your account from being deleted, and to ensure proper use of Samsung Services, your account must have at least one usage/activity every twenty-four (24) months.

However, there are some exceptions to this policy and accounts that meet at least one of the exceptions will be considered active.

Exceptions include, registered family accounts, accounts with a record of accumulating/using reward points, and accounts used to purchase products on Samsung.com. You can see the complete list of exceptions here.

Notifications will be sent to your email address before your account is deleted to prevent unwanted deletion.
