I have never had this problem before with any Samsung device I have owned. There is no delete icon to remove a homescreen. I fobger pinch to access hone screen setting, usually you then hold the page you want removed and there is a bin icon to drag page to remove or there is simply a bin to remove the page, i have neither.
I have the A55 model and recent software updates. I am unable to remove or delete any extra pages , the delete/bin icon is non-existent... is anyone else having this problem?

@Shass28: I'm glad that you were able to find a solution to the issue after contacting our Support Team, and thank you for keeping us updated on your progress. Safe Mode disables third party applications, so it is possible that the restriction was stemming from the permissions or settings of a downloaded app. To prevent future occurrences, you may wish to try uninstalling any apps that you have added to the device since you first encountered the issue. I understand that this might not be ideal, but it will prevent you from having to restart in Safe Mode to resolve the issue in the future.

Appreciate the reply... yes quite possibly a 3rd party app that I have downloaded. All apps I use on my phone are needed and downloaded from a well known apk source... so I am happy to put phone in safe mode if the issue occurs again 😊. At least I know what caused the issue and it is resolved 🙏🏾
Thanks for everyone's input x

You can't delete the home screen because the problem is in the app that is on that screen, and it has no visible icon, so you need to find it manually by tapping with your finger, and eventually, when you hit it, it will open. Now remember where you tapped last time, now tap and hold, then delete that app from the home screen.
