Interference

Hi. Has anyone any ideas , when I am on the phone there is a 'whooshing 'noise , it sounds as though I'm under water !! The person I'm on the phone to can't hear it and can still hear me ok but I can't hear them, just this weird noise. 

I've done diagnostics and updates , restarted phone . Help !!

Does it always happen ?

Is it the same whether you call out or receive a call ?

Has it always done it or recently started ?

Is there any circumstances like the phone getting wet, or dropped, or straight after a software update, or any other comment on when it might have started ?

It is not easy to diagnose a problem on a forum. If you can't figure out a trigger or when this started then I would suggest going to a samsung service centre for inspection.

If you have a case please try removing it and see if it happens.

I'll try these . The phone shop said it might be the sim/chip and might need to swap or send away . But it doesn't do it with anything else

I believe they could be right. As there is a possibility with low mobile coverage or dead areas.
