If I put my hand on the back of my A51 phone during a call, it causes interference/echoing on the other end. Any suggestions please?

Does this happen on every call ?

 

If you don't put your hand there is the call clear ?

This only happens when I put my hand there, otherwise the calls are clear. But the moment I put my hand/fingers on the back of the phone the person on the receiving end of the call either can't hear me at all, or speech is broken/echoing. 
  
I have tried turning my phone off & on and also without the gel phone cover and the problem is still there.
