Hi, @AlandA52. LTE stands for Long Term Evolution and is sometimes referred to as 4G LTE, so I understand that (while 4G is not explicitly shown on your Network mode settings) the LTE reference in your screenshot denotes 4G connectivity in this instance.
For your own peace of mind, I recommend monitoring the Internet speed on your A52 whilst it's connected to Mobile data, or getting in touch with your Network provider to ensure that you are getting its promised/advertised connection speeds (only if you have any cause for concern about these, of course).
