My phone is not taking charge as its showing phone temperature is too low

I need urgent Help to Get rid of This problem. Anyone suggest me please is it  possible to Fix it  by myself or would have to go to service Center. Any suggestions would be highly appreciated.

Try this . Turn off phone and restart,when Samsung logo appears on startup connect charger ,hopefully this may work
