Sounds to me like it is referring to your lock screen but you haven't selected a photo for the lock screen from what you've described.

what does that mean.... i have a wallpaper on my lockscreen. And yeah it happened on lockscreen but sleep thing like its only showing my percent

Go to Display > scroll down to screen saver, and check these options, you may have one of them enabled
