A53 touchscreen not working, TSP FW : NA

My A53 touchscreen stopped working ~2 weeks ago. Not sure is it related to update or not. Screen is ok. Didnt drop.

Did factory reset, didnt help. Few days ago got USB-C mouse, checked update, some was available but didnt help.

Android 14, One UI 6.1

 

*#2663# shows:

Phones TSP FW version: NA  (it should display some version? even if there is problem with screen?)

Parts TSP FW version: NA  

Developer Only:  N/A

Same case on my A54. There is a very high probability that it happened due to an error (intentional or accidental) in the last update 6.1!

The A54 is a fairly new model, maybe it's still with warranty?

Unfortunately my phone was out of warranty, barely 😞

At last today i had time to take phone to Samsung service partner. Lets see what they say.
