A15 CHARGING PROBLEM

Hello.Does anyone know how to resolve this problem.Im using samsung galaxy A15.Im charging it with original samsung 25 watt adapter buy it is not showing fast charging and showing 8 hours to fully charge.My phone is at 10 percent battery right now can anyone help.I have tried resetting battery but nothing works

Hi and welcome to the community. Are you using a genuine Samsung cable? Might be worth trying another one too if you can

Have you tried cleaning the usb-c port in case there's any lint or dirt in there? Could be worth a check. I tend to use a wooden toothpick

Is the charging port clean if debris @fahadBhatti 

Use a torch 🔦 to check.

It would be beneficial to try another brick and oem cable. Does a friend  family member or work colleague have one.  

Try a forced reboot by holding down the volume down key and power button simultaneously for more than 7 seconds to restart it. When your phone resets, you will feel it vibrate.

There is also a diagnostic test tool in the Samsung Members App.

  • Clear Cache Files from the phone's System Partition Section  > https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-do-i-clear-the-cache-on-my-device/ You may need to insert your earphones or hook upto a powered On Laptop or use a Tv's USB Port or a usb-c to usb-c phone to phone set up to access the Clear Partition Section. This may help with lag or stutters as this clears the phone of old/unused or broken cache files.There is also a Repair Apps option in the Menu System too { Possibly excluding the s²⁴ Series of phone's } 

And a very last resort back up and factory reset but don't use the back up i.e set the phone up manually. 

A Samsung Service Centre can assess the phone.
