Had my A53 for a couple of weeks and just a few days ago The Samsung email app will not update my emails while I'm on data,  only when connected to WiFi.  Have tried everything but no luck,  any ideas? Thanks

@Aaso72: Please try opening the Email app > Tap the 3 lines in the top left > Tap the cog in the top right of the pop up window > Select your account > Sync Schedule > Set sync schedule > Auto (when received) > Sync schedule while roaming > Using regular Schedule. Go back, select 'Limit retrieval size while roaming' and set this to 'No limit'. 

Now, close the Email app and head to Settings > Apps > Email > Mobile Data > Allow background data usage, and toggle this option on. Let me know if this helps.

Hi thank you for replying, I have done as you suggested but sadly still won't sync without WiFi, thanks for trying
